LIMITED WARRANTY

Strategic Energy Design and Development LLC warrants It’s a Real Cinch®   (IRC) products for THREE (3) years from date of purchase against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover product failures resulting from excessive wear, misuse, abuse, alteration or when damage or defect has been caused by modification or repair attempts made or attempted by anyone other than Strategic Energy Design and Development LLC.  

Products determined by Strategic Energy Design and Development LLC to qualify as deficient or defective products and covered by this warranty will be replaced in kind at the sole discretion of Strategic Energy Design and Development LLC.   Shipping to customer of qualifying replacement IRC product may be paid by SEDDCorp at its sole discretion.

THIS LIMITED THREE (3) YEAR WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Strategic Energy Design and Development LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE-TO-STATE AND COUNTRY-TO-COUNTRY.
